Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite | Travel

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced rural Emergency Department with 23 beds
• Manage a patient ratio of approximately 4–5:1
• Float to a sister Emergency Department every third weekend as needed
• Operate within a night shift schedule with no on-call requirements
• Document and manage patient care using Cerner EMR
• Apply de-escalation techniques as required in the emergency care setting

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of Indiana
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• De-Escalation Training required
• Minimum 1–2 years of Emergency Room experience
• All required licenses and certifications must be submitted with application or candidate will not be considered
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
• Comfort working in a rural hospital environment
