Key Responsibilities
- Provide total patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Manage a variable patient ratio of 4:1
- Document patient information and clinical data using Cerner EMR
- Deliver emergency nursing care across the full spectrum of ED patient presentations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active RN licensure (applicable to assignment state)
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
- BLS certification required prior to start date
- ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI, and NRP required within 90 days of start
- Traveler must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR
- Experience working in high-volume or Level I/II trauma Emergency Departments
