    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Kalamazoo, Michigan, 49007!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

    Location

    Kalamazoo, MI | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend and Holidays Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
    • Adhere to facility compliance requirements including non-billable orientation modules completed annually
    • Participate in every other weekend and holiday rotation as scheduled; no block scheduling available
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Michigan RN License
    • ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
    • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
    • Must be able to provide supervisor-level references
    • Flu vaccination documentation required; exemption requests must be submitted within 48 hours of contract signing
    • Local candidates are welcome; no radius restrictions apply
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 2 or more years of Emergency Room nursing experience
    • Level 1 Trauma experience strongly preferred
    • ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification
    • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
