Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced freestanding emergency room environment during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Missouri (or Compact RN license)
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience in a freestanding or high-volume emergency room setting
- Strong critical thinking and triage assessment skills
