    Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 nights per week) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide immediate and efficient nursing care to patients presenting with life-threatening injuries or illnesses in the emergency department
    • Rapidly assess, triage, and stabilize patients, determining and initiating appropriate courses of treatment
    • Rotate between the Emergency Department (2 nights per week) and Medical-Surgical unit (1 night per week) — this schedule rotation is non-negotiable
    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver coordinated patient care
    • Apply knowledge of emergency medicine, critical care, and trauma care to manage high-acuity patient populations
    • Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families while maintaining professional boundaries
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Demonstrated clinical experience in both Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical nursing
    • BLS certification required
    • ACLS certification required
    • PALS certification required
    • TNNC certification required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a high-volume, Level 3 emergency department setting
    • Ability to remain calm and make accurate clinical decisions in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
    • Strong communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams
