Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment
- Monitor and assess patients utilizing telemetry and emergency nursing protocols
- Respond to trauma cases in accordance with Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective emergency care
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to facility policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- ENPC or PALS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a high-volume emergency department setting
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in emergency situations
