Contract | Days | Expected 36 hours/week, Every Other Weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and non-emergent conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective emergency care
- Manage and respond to trauma cases in accordance with Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center protocols
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation throughout the care continuum
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- ENPC or PALS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a high-volume emergency department
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-acuity environment
