    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Travel Contract)

    Location

    Georgetown, Texas

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM | 4 Weekend Shifts Per Schedule | No On-Call Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 23-bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
    • Perform and assist with procedures including cardioversion, TNK administration, and moderate sedation
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNCs, paramedics, and PCTs in a dynamic, volume-driven environment
    • Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
    • Operate unit equipment including Welch Allyn and GE devices in accordance with facility policies and procedures
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
    • Current ALS (ACLS) certification
    • Current BLS certification
    • Current TNCC certification
    • Current ENPC or PALS certification
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 2 or more years of Emergency Department experience
    • ENPC certification (preferred over PALS)
    • Team-oriented, flexible, and positive demeanor with the ability to adapt to fluctuating patient volumes
