Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient information and clinical interventions using EPIC EMR
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of California or compact licensure eligibility
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Excellent professional references required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous Emergency Room nursing experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
