Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to patients presenting with acute and critical conditions
Perform thorough patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring in a fast-paced emergency department environment
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established clinical protocols
Accurately document patient information, care provided, and outcomes in the electronic health record
Communicate effectively with patients and their families to support understanding of care plans and promote positive outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas or compact licensure eligibility
Minimum of 1 year of emergency department nursing experience
Current BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-volume emergency setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
Familiarity with electronic health record systems used in acute care environments
Experience working within a large health system or multi-specialty hospital network
