Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department with 48 treatment spaces
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:5 in a fast-paced emergency care environment
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver timely emergency treatment
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in accordance with facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of New York
- Prior experience working in an Emergency Department setting
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work night shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS and/or TNCC certification
- Experience in a large or high-volume emergency department environment
