    Key Responsibilities
    • Hold shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Department patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies and procedures
    • Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning for the safe delivery of patient care in the Emergency Department
    • Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing continuing education
    • Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of available staff
    • Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
    Required Qualifications
    • Active New Mexico RN Licensure (or compact license eligible)
    • Minimum of 2 years of critical care or Emergency Department experience
    • Prior travel nursing experience required
    • BLS certification (current)
    • ACLS certification (current)
    • PALS certification (current)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
    • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
