Contract | Full-Time | Days | 3×12-hour shifts (36 hrs/week) | Every other weekend required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
- Float as needed to the Clinical Decision Unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local travelers
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a high-volume Emergency Room environment
- Experience working in or floating to a Clinical Decision Unit
- Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills in emergent situations
