Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | Every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Float to the Clinical Decision Unit as needed based on departmental staffing requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Adhere to all facility policies, protocols, and regulatory standards throughout each shift
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current PALS certification required
- Current NIHSS certification required
- Emergency Room nursing experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience floating to or working within a Clinical Decision Unit setting
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage high patient volumes in an emergency environment
