Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective treatment
- Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment
- Prioritize and triage patients according to acuity and established protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact licensure
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Prior experience in an Emergency Room or acute care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- TNCC or ENPC certification preferred
- Experience with high-volume emergency department environments
