Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency department patients
- Document patient information and clinical data accurately using the Meditech electronic health records system
- Respond to on-call requirements as needed per unit policy
- Float to other units as needed based on facility floating policy
- Adhere to all facility dress code, attendance, and unit-specific guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License required — temporary licenses will not be accepted
- Minimum 2 years of overall RN experience
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room specialty experience
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Meditech electronic health records system strongly preferred
- Candidates with Meditech experience will be given priority consideration
