Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients presenting with a wide variety of needs, ranging from non-critical to emergent medical conditions
- Deliver emergent and urgent mental health care as part of a comprehensive Emergency Department team
- Care for patients arriving by walk-in or emergency transport
- Provide critical cardiac and trauma care for both adult and pediatric patients
- Perform moderate complexity testing in compliance with College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
- BLS (Healthcare Provider Level) required
- ACLS required
- TNCC required
- PALS required
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a high-volume emergency department setting
- Experience caring for both adult and pediatric emergency patients
- Familiarity with trauma and critical cardiac care protocols
