Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Room setting
- Perform ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation with required passing scores
- Participate in holiday rotation, working at least every other holiday
- Complete all required pre-start and annual facility modules and hands-on competency requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in Emergency Room nursing (travel experience accepted for ER-specific requirement)
- Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license required and must be in hand at time of submission — non-negotiable
- Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required and must be in hand at time of submission
- One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months (co-worker references not accepted)
- No open license hits or open background case findings
- Locals are accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- TNCC certification preferred
- 18 months of experience within a single Emergency Room location preferred
