    Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Room setting
    • Perform ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation with a required passing score
    • Participate in holiday rotation, working at minimum every other holiday
    • Complete all required annual hands-on competency requirements and pre-start modules as directed by the facility
    • Adhere to all facility compliance standards, including background check and drug screening requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 18 months of Emergency Room experience (travel experience accepted); combined permanent experience preferred within one location
    • Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license required and must be in hand at time of submission — non-negotiable
    • Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required and must be in hand at time of submission — no pending certifications accepted
    • One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months (co-worker references will not be accepted)
    • No open background check cases or license hits will be accepted
    • Locals are accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • TNCC certification preferred
    • Experience within a single Emergency Room location (as opposed to combined multi-site experience)
    • Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and electronic medication safety platforms
