    Job Title

    Travel RN – Emergency Department (Night Shift)

    Location

    Chattanooga, TN | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours per Week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 19-bed Emergency Department with a 4-bed psychiatric pod, maintaining a 4:1 patient ratio
    • Utilize strong sepsis and stroke clinical skillsets in a chest pain and stroke certified facility
    • Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
    • Operate unit equipment including Hillrom, Stryker, GE, and Lifepak defibrillators
    • Float as needed to the psychiatric pod or to alternate system Emergency Department locations
    • Collaborate with unit secretaries and technicians available on both day and night shifts
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • ACLS certification required
    • BLS certification required
    • PALS certification required
    • CPI certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a chest pain or stroke certified facility
    • Familiarity with Meditech documentation systems
    • Experience working with telepsychiatry or psychiatric patient populations
    • Strong sepsis and stroke assessment and intervention skills
