Emergency Room (ER) - Registered Nurse - Travel

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (12-Hour) | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 34-bed Emergency Room setting
- Assess and manage patients presenting with chest pain, abdominal pain, and related conditions
- Respond to and support care for STEMI and stroke patients
- Identify and manage sepsis in accordance with facility protocols
- Support patients presenting with behavioral health needs
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Georgia or a compact state
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Prior Emergency Room nursing experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with STEMI and stroke response protocols
- Background in sepsis recognition and management
- Experience caring for behavioral health patients in an emergency setting
