Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (3:00 PM – 3:30 AM) | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department with a 23-bed unit
- Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1, delivering safe and effective emergency nursing care
- Document and manage patient records using MedHost EDIS EMR
- Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
- Adhere to department dress code (black scrubs) and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arizona or a compact state
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- NRP certification required
- PALS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2 or more years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Prior experience with MedHost EDIS or similar emergency department EMR systems
- Comfort with floating to additional units as census and staffing needs dictate
