    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and analyze data to determine diagnoses, develop individualized plans of care, and evaluate patient outcomes
    • Implement identified plans of care and employ strategies to promote patient health and a safe environment
    • Collaborate with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team in the conduct of nursing practice
    • Integrate ethical provisions and current research findings into all areas of nursing practice
    • Contribute to the professional development of peers and colleagues and provide leadership within the practice setting
    • Maintain on-time completion of all required education and competency requirements per regulatory and organizational standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
    • American Heart Association BLS certification required
    • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and after-hours as needed
    • Strong critical thinking, sound clinical judgment, and ability to work effectively in a busy, stressful environment
    • Demonstrated professionalism, emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a pre-hospital setting such as Ski Patrol, Search & Rescue, or EMS
    • Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or other acute care clinical experience
    • Outpatient or walk-in clinic experience
    • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
