Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and analyze data to determine diagnoses, develop individualized plans of care, and evaluate patient outcomes
Implement identified plans of care and employ strategies to promote patient health and a safe environment
Collaborate with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team in the conduct of nursing practice
Integrate ethical provisions and current research findings into all areas of nursing practice
Contribute to the professional development of peers and colleagues and provide leadership within the practice setting
Maintain on-time completion of all required education and competency requirements per regulatory and organizational standards
Required Qualifications
Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
American Heart Association BLS certification required
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and after-hours as needed
Strong critical thinking, sound clinical judgment, and ability to work effectively in a busy, stressful environment
Demonstrated professionalism, emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a pre-hospital setting such as Ski Patrol, Search & Rescue, or EMS
Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or other acute care clinical experience
Outpatient or walk-in clinic experience
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
