Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the facility's EMR system
- Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arkansas
- Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current PALS certification required
- Current TNCC and NIHSS certifications required
- Permanent address must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting
- Ability to adapt quickly to new EMR systems and facility workflows
