Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday as required
- Open and fully flexible scheduling — blocked schedules cannot be accommodated
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency setting
- Strong triage assessment and critical thinking skills
