    Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

    Contract | Nights | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to patients in a high-volume Emergency Department setting
    • Primarily care for boarder patients, which may include med/surg, stepdown, and ICU-level patients
    • Float to acute care units as needed based on staffing and patient census demands
    • Assess, monitor, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions in a fast-paced trauma environment
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
    • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience in a similarly sized Level 1 Trauma facility
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
    • Current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
    • Resume with no unexplained employment gaps and verifiable ED references
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience caring for a diverse, high-acuity patient population across multiple care levels
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in float pool or multi-unit staffing environments
    • Strong clinical assessment skills in trauma and emergency care settings
