Contract | Afternoon/Mid Shift | Rotating weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment within a small acute care hospital setting
- Monitor and assess patients utilizing advanced remote monitoring technology integrated with the bedside care team
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- May be required to float to a sister facility based on census and staffing needs
- Complete required learning modules prior to assignment start and maintain compliance with all facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days with no hits or encumbrances
- Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor (required)
- Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience in facilities with trauma level designations and familiarity documenting bed counts and department details
- Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous
