Contract | Mid Shift (1:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient condition, response to treatment, and progress
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or compact eligibility
- Prior Emergency Room nursing experience required — new graduates are not eligible for this position
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to work mid-shift hours (1:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS and/or TNCC certification
- Experience in a high-volume or trauma emergency department
- Strong critical thinking and triage assessment skills
