Travel RN – Emergency Department (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using EPIC EMR (required)
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including Navy Blue Scrubs (required)
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license valid in the state of New York
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Must meet travel candidate eligibility requirements; candidates residing in certain ineligible counties within the region are not being accepted at this time
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume or academic medical center Emergency Department
- Strong critical thinking and triage assessment skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-acuity environment
