Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Float within the hospital to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
- Maintain ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications and adhere to all facility compliance standards
- Complete required orientation modules and e-learning through the facility's onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN License (required at time of submission)
- ACLS certification (required at time of submittal)
- BLS certification (required at time of submittal)
- PALS certification (required at time of submittal)
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NIHSS certification
- Two supervisor references preferred
- Experience floating across multiple hospital units
