Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to serve as a Nursing Supervisor within a fast-paced Emergency Services environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, patient care delivery, staffing coordination, quality initiatives, and team development while ensuring a safe, efficient, and patient-focused care environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations and ensure safe, effective patient care delivery within the assigned department
- Coordinate staffing assignments, workload distribution, and schedule adjustments as needed
- Respond effectively to emergencies, operational challenges, and staffing changes
- Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing personnel
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately and monitor completion of assigned duties
- Support staff development through ongoing education, mentorship, and coaching
- Participate in quality improvement and performance improvement initiatives
- Monitor patient care outcomes and implement corrective actions when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare team members
- Assist with departmental goal achievement, resource management, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Perform additional leadership and clinical responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
- Multi-State RN License or eligibility to obtain, as required
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- CPI Certification required within orientation period
- Additional unit-specific certifications required within orientation period
- Prior acute care nursing experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of acute care or comparable clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership or charge nurse experience
- Previous supervisory or team leadership responsibilities
- Emergency department experience preferred
- Strong conflict-resolution and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with staffing coordination and departmental operations
