Exciting Opportunity for ER Care RN - Join our Dynamic Team!** **Job Description:** - Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM - Orientation: - 4-hour hospital orientation - Followed by an 8-hour shift on the floor - **Scrub Colors:** - RNs: All navy, all white, or a combination of navy and white - CNAs: All galaxy blue (not navy) - Sitters: All purple (no CNA certificate required) - RTs: Medium gray/Pewter - LPN: Sage Green - **Unit Specifics:** - Number of Beds: 101 - Patient Ratios: - 4:1 typically (medical) - Up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds - Techs available for assistance (cardiac monitoring, triage, and unit clerks on days and nights) - Equipment: Baxter pumps, GE monitors - Documentation System: Cerner - **Scheduling Requirements:** - Every other weekend - Must meet departmental needs - Open to floating to all sections in the ED - **Patient Experience Requirements:** - AIDET adherence - Respectful behavior - Keeping boards updated and patients informed - **Certifications Required Prior to Start:** - ACLS - BLS - PALS - TNCC - CPI - NIHSS - ENPC (within 90 days of hire) - **Hiring Profile:** - Requested Skill Set: - 2 years experience in a Level 2 trauma center or high-volume ED (>100,000 visits annually) - Previous HCA experience preferred - Teamwork mentality; ability to coach and give feedback in real time - Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED - **Additional Highlights:** - Known for teamwork and welcoming personalities - Serves a diverse, multi-cultural community **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
