Familiarity with emergency medications and blood product administration
Description:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse.
The role includes managing a patient ratio of 1-5 with mixed/shared acuity levels.
Candidates must be comfortable floating when census warrants and working every other weekend.
Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
The ER will cater to a diverse patient age range including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Daily census averages around 64 patients with approximately 145 visits per day.
The unit hosts 34 rooms and 71 beds.
RNs will be supported by interdisciplinary teams including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
