Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $3,010 to $3,345 per week in St. Paul, MN

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every third weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department serving a diverse patient population with medical, mental health, and chemical dependency needs
• Manage a patient assignment at a 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio across all shifts
• Care for patients presenting with trauma, injury, and urgent medical conditions, with a focus on neuro, cardiac, and mental health specialties
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic (Excellian) electronic health records
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team within a teaching hospital and Level 3 trauma center environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Minnesota license in hand preferred; candidates without MN licensure must initiate the application process upon offer acceptance)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and TNCC
• Epic/Excellian charting experience required
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted for this position
• No more than 5 days of requested time off during the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for patients with neuro, cardiac, or mental health presentations in an emergency setting
• Familiarity with trauma center workflows and high-acuity patient management
• First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply
