**Exciting Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - Nights**

- Hold shift accountability for providing comprehensive care to Emergency Room patients.
- Employ the Nursing Process in adherence to the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Anticipate and plan for safe delivery of care, ensuring a quality experience for every patient.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on the experience and education of your team.
- Provide direction and supervision to personnel delivering patient care.
- Thrive in a 38-bed facility with a Trauma Level III certification.
- Work unique shifts of 7 PM to 7:30 AM for 3 days a week, ensuring a work-life balance.
- Must be willing to float to support various departments as needed.
- Required qualifications include:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and an active AZ nursing license.
- Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
- Charge Nurse experience is a plus!
