**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse (RN) in Emergency Department - Nights**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver comprehensive patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Anticipate and plan for the delivery of care, ensuring a proactive approach to patient needs.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff.
- Provide guidance and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.

- **Shift:** Nights (7 PM - 7:30 AM, 3x12s)

- **Years of Experience Required:** 2 years
- **Certifications Required:** BLS, ACLS, PALS, AZ License
- **EMR Experience:** Cerner preferred

- **Trauma Level:** III Certified
- **Stroke Receiving:** Yes
- **STEMI Receiving:** Yes
- **NIH:** Recommended but not required
