Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in the Emergency Room at a Level 3 Trauma Center in Plattsburgh, NY. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Provide emergency nursing care to adult and pediatric patients
- Manage patient assignments and prioritize care effectively
- Collaborate with healthcare team members in a busy community setting
- Administer IV therapy and manage respiratory treatments
- Perform EKGs and manage patient drips
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in emergency nursing
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required; TNCC and NIHSS mandatory before start
- New York State RN license or proof of application
- Experience with Epic documentation system within the last 2 years
- Ability to work with a high nurse-to-patient ratio
