Description: Provide nursing care to patients from infancy through adulthood. Utilize knowledge of age-related growth and development to individualize the nursing process. Function in accordance with nursing philosophy, standards of care, and practice. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5. Must have experience with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically EPIC. Travelers must have their own vehicle for this assignment. Profile must include all required documentation for compliance. Requests for scheduling accommodations should not be made after submission. Travelers are expected to have a professional dress code, and all scrubs must be without logos. Orientation will be unpaid, and documentation must be collected within five days of acceptance. Travelers must have the ability to collaborate effectively with the emergency department staff and pre-hospital personnel.
