Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED- Provide emergency medical care in a fast-paced ER/ED environment
- Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Adapt to changing situations and prioritize patient needs effectively
- Float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED- Current RN license in MA at the time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years' ER/ED experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing
- Not employed at BILH within the last 6 months
