Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,887 per week in Fort Defiance, AZ

Exciting Opportunity for an AZ-ED RN (DAY SHIFT)!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** AZ-ED RN - **Shift:** 12-hour Day Shift (0700-1900) - Must be flexible to accommodate other shifts as needed - Schedule typically follows a 7 on, 7 off pattern - **Experience Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in Emergency Department - Some positions may require more experience - **Emergency Department Overview:** - 11-bed Main ED - 6-bed ED Fast Track - 7-bed ED Observation Unit - Nurses rotate through these areas regularly - **Key Responsibilities:** - Triage and Quick Registration duties - Entry Screening and Covid Tent assignments - Participate in Covid testing and immunization clinics as needed - Expect to cover different areas at a minimum daily - **Certification Requirements:** - American Heart Association BLS - ACLS and PALS or ENPC - TNCC certification - Conscious sedation certification (Facility will provide after confirmation - $105 fee) - **Schedule Flexibility:** - Shifts may change based on staffing needs - May be required to float to other departments as needed - **Holiday Coverage:** - Required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
