Job Summary

Join our team as a dedicated House Supervisor (RN) for a 13-week night shift contract in Aberdeen, Washington. This pivotal role involves overseeing hospital operations and ensuring optimal patient care during the night. You will be instrumental in maintaining efficient staffing levels and providing leadership across clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain appropriate and efficient staffing levels across clinical departments.
  • Provide timely intervention and support in situations involving staff, patients, families, and medical personnel.
  • Oversee hospital operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth workflow and patient safety.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of four (4) years of recent clinical nursing experience.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience.
