**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team as a Rapid Response - Travel RN!**
**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Free Standing Emergency Department
- **Address:** 340 Amherst St, Nashua, NH
- **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- **Duration:** 8 Weeks
- **Number of Beds:**
- 10 Procedure Rooms (rooms with doors)
- 1 Trauma Room
- **Number of Staff:** 12
- **Staff Composition:**
- Charge RN + 2 RNs for each shift (7a-7p / 7p-7a)
- **Patient Ratios:** 5:1 (flexibility with trauma room)
- **Equipment Used:**
- U/S IV skills
- Lucas Device
- Rapid Infuser
- Alaris Pumps
- Pyxis
- **EMR System:** Meditech Expanse
- **Patient Population:**
- Multiple comorbidities
- Complicated heart conditions (NEHI patients)
- DKA, Sepsis, Trauma, Stroke
**Typical Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills:**
- Minimum 2 years of ED experience for contract labor
- BLS/ACLS/PALS/MOAB/TNCC certifications for contract labor
- Adaptability
- Strong communication skills with patients and peers
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- **Preferred Skills:**
- At least 1 year of ED experience for HCA hired staff
- BLS/ACLS/PALS/MOAB/TNCC certifications for HCA hired staff
- Strong understanding of EKG interpretation

**Dress Code:**
- Scrub Color/Attire: no hooded shirts or sweatshirts (safety)
**Weekends and On-call:**
- Every other weekend for contract labor and FSER staff
