**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
* Administer medications and treatments according to protocols; monitor for side effects and effectiveness.
* Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care given with precision.
* Assess and address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
* Educate patients, family members, and caregivers, assessing their learning needs and identifying relevant resources.
**Essential Requirements:**
* **Certifications:**
* BLS certification via AHA required
* ACLS certification via AHA required
* PALS certification via AHA required
* De-Escalation certification required
* **Licensure:**
* RN License in state of employment or compact
* **Education:**
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
* **Experience:**
* 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
* Newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
**Work Schedule:**
* Night Shift: 7PM - 7AM
* Every other weekend required
