Description:
The role involves working in offsite emergency clinics and rotating between multiple locations.
The emergency room nurse will provide care for patients with a variety of conditions, including abdominal pain, asthma, gunshot wounds, and psychiatric holds.
Experience in managing violent behavior and mental health conditions is essential.
Nurses will be expected to triage patients and perform necessary procedures.
Flexibility with scheduling is required, including weekend coverage.
Patient ratios may vary, with expectations for both day and night shifts.
The nurse will provide interdisciplinary support and handle cases across all patient age groups.
Engagement with a diverse patient population is a key responsibility of the role.
