The nurse will work in a large emergency department serving a diverse population. Patients range from low acuity to high acuity, including critical cases. The facility is a Level II trauma center and a primary stroke receiving center. Nurses are expected to have experience in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and holidays. The position requires floating to different units as necessary. Nurses will be responsible for the assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care. The role involves management of critical patients and emergency situations.
