• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the ER and Acute Care departments.
• Assess patients, monitor conditions, administer medications, and perform nursing interventions.
• Prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
• Maintain patient safety and follow hospital policies and procedures.
• Float between Acute Care and ER as required.
