Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated House Supervisor Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in Arcata, California. This role is critical for overseeing hospital operations during the night shift, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient resource management across various units.
The House Supervisor acts as the administrative representative for the facility during their shift, managing patient flow, staffing adjustments, and responding to emergent situations. This position requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment to support both clinical staff and patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of contract start date.
Preferred Qualifications
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
