Shifts: Nights 7PM - 7AM
Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a travel position in the Emergency Room/Emergency Department in Alexandria, LA. This role offers a dynamic work environment in a high acuity unit handling cases such as strokes, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, wounds, behavioral health, and sepsis.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED- Provide nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side-effects and effectiveness
- Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED- BLS certification via AHA required
- ACLS certification via AHA required
- PALS certification via AHA required
- TNCC certification required
- De-Escalation certification required
- RN License in state of employment or compact
- One year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
