Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department – Florida
Start Date: October 16, 2026
Location: Tallahassee, Florida

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week (48 hours guaranteed); schedule posted 2 weeks in advance

- 39-bed Emergency Department with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Full-service acute care facility with specialized emergency services including Pediatric ER, Senior Care ER, and Express Care ER
- MediTech documentation system with modern equipment including Alaris Pumps, Dash bedside cardiac monitors, and Level One
- Perform critical procedures including chest tubes, moderate sedation, lumbar punctures, laceration repair, and blood product administration
- Minimal floating requirements during assignment period; supportive unit staffing with dedicated unit secretary and 2-3 techs per shift
- Travel nursing assignment with guaranteed hours
Requirements:
- Active Florida RN license or multi-state compact license
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Experience with emergency lifesaving procedures and intubation assistance
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and patient throughput focus
- Team-oriented approach to patient care
