- **Staff Members:** 120+
- **Staff Composition:**
- **Day Shift:** CNC, Team Leads, RNs, Advanced Paramedics, EDT, MHSC, Secretary
- **Night Shift:** CNC, Team Leads, RNs, Advanced Paramedics, EDT, MHSC, Secretary
- **Patient Ratios:**
- 4:1 (3 rooms and 1 hall bed in high-volume situations)
- **Equipment Used:**
- Cardiac Monitors
- EKGs
- Ultrasound
- Belmont Rapid Infuser
- IO Drills
- Lifepak
- **EMR System:**
- Meditech
- **Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills:**
- Adaptability
- Team Player
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in high-pressure environments
- Previous medical experience (RN, Medic, Technician, etc.)
- **Typical Procedures Performed:**
- IV Starts and Phlebotomy
- Cardiac Monitoring/Interpretation
- **Personality Fit:**
- Outgoing and Positive Under Pressure
- **Required Certifications:**
- BLS
- ACLS
- TNCC
- ENPC
- CPI for RN
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI for Medic
- BLS, CPI for all staff
- **Dress Code:**
- **RN:** Gray scrub top, black or gray scrub bottoms
- **Medic:** Gray scrub top, black or gray scrub bottoms
- **EDT/Secretary:** Caribbean blue scrub top, Caribbean blue or black scrub bottoms
- Appropriate colored T-shirts are allowed under scrub jackets
